Using the service

Upload only images you have permission to use and animate. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or misleading impersonation. AI output may alter appearance and movement; a specific likeness, dance or performance is not guaranteed. This service is independent of the artists associated with the Hotel Lobby trend.

Video credits

Video generation requires purchased credits. The cost for your selected duration and quality is shown before generation. Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically and do not expire while your account and the service remain available. Credits are service units, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are consumed by successfully generated videos.

Failures and purchases

A confirmed generation failure restores the credits reserved for that request. A task awaiting provider confirmation may remain pending until its outcome is known. This restoration is separate from a refund of a credit-pack payment. For duplicate charges, unused-credit refund requests or billing problems, contact us with your purchase details. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. A successful generation is not refunded solely because its creative result differs from your expectations.

Availability and billing

Generated videos may become unavailable later. Keep a local copy of completed videos. We may pause generation for maintenance or service issues. Payments are processed by Stripe and may appear as TRYHOTELLOBBY on your statement. Prices and settings shown at purchase apply to that order; later changes do not alter its recorded credit allowance.
