Information we use

Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email address and basic profile information. We use these to authenticate you and keep your credits, purchases and video tasks linked to your account. We do not request access to your Google files, contacts or other services.

Your photos and videos

Selected photos and settings are saved on this device so you can restore them for 30 minutes, including after sign-in or buying credits. Expired drafts are deleted when you next open the studio; signing out also clears them. Generating a video sends the selected photos to a third-party AI video processing service. We keep uploaded photos in private storage; they are eligible for deletion after 24 hours, once any active task using them has ended. Cleanup runs periodically, so deletion may not be immediate. Copies handled by the video processing service follow its retention policies. Generated videos may become unavailable later. Download videos you want to keep.

We do not publish your uploads as examples or use them to train our own models. These commitments cover our use; processing-service copies and use are governed by that service’s policies.

To request photo deletion, email support@tryhotellobby.com from your signed-in account email. We verify ownership and remove our uploaded copies once any active tasks finish. We cannot promise immediate removal of copies held by the processing service.

Accounts and payments

We store account, credit, order and video task records in our service database. Stripe processes payments through its hosted checkout; this website does not receive or store your full card number. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in. We retain service and transaction records while needed to maintain your account, resolve billing issues and meet applicable obligations.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage. It uses analytics cookies and receives information such as pages viewed, referral sources and basic browser and device information.

Your choices

Sign out to end your session. To request access, correction or deletion of your account data, contact us from your account email. We may need to verify ownership and retain transaction records where required. Deleting your account does not reverse a completed payment.
