Pricing questions

Can I generate a video for free?

The example is free to watch. Creating your own video requires purchased credits. Sign in with Google and choose a one-time pack; there is no subscription.

How are video credits calculated?

A 5, 10 or 15-second video uses 160, 200 or 240 credits at 768P, or 260, 325 or 390 credits at 2K. Each generation includes the fixed video template. Downloads are included.

Do credits expire or renew automatically?

Purchased credits have no expiry. These are one-time packs, with no subscription, monthly quota reset or automatic renewal. Your balance remains in the Google account used to purchase.

What if my video fails?

A confirmed generation failure restores the credits for that request. Pending tasks keep their credits reserved until the outcome is confirmed. Completed videos consume credits even if you would prefer a different result.

When do purchased credits appear?

Credits are added after Stripe confirms a successful payment. If the confirmation is still processing when you return, your balance will update automatically. An unpaid or cancelled checkout adds no credits.

Can I buy a smaller pack now and more later?

Yes. Pick any available pack each time. New purchases add to your remaining balance; you do not need to switch plans or start a subscription.
